Radial spherical plain bearing

(1) GE…E type has a single outer ring without lubricating oil groove. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

(2) GE…ES type single-slit outer ring has lubricating oil groove. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

(3) GE...ES-2RS type single-slit outer ring, with lubricating oil groove and sealing rings on both sides. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

(4) GEEW...ES-2RS type single-slit outer ring, with lubricating oil groove and sealing rings on both sides. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

(5) GE...ESN type single-slit outer ring has lubricating oil groove and stop groove on the outer ring. The bearing quality judgment error 5 can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction. However, when the axial load is borne by the snap ring, its ability to bear the axial load is reduced.

(6) GE...XSN type double-slit outer ring (split outer ring), with lubricating oil groove and stop groove on the outer ring. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction. However, when the axial load is borne by the snap ring, its ability to bear the axial load is reduced.

(7) GE…HS type inner ring has lubricating oil groove, double half outer ring, the clearance can be adjusted after wear. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

(8) The inner ring of GE…DE1 type is hardened bearing steel, and the outer ring is bearing steel. When the inner ring is assembled, it is extruded and formed, and there are lubricating oil grooves and oil holes. Bearings with an inner diameter of less than 15mm have no lubricating oil grooves and oil holes. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

(9) The inner ring of GE...DEM1 type is hardened bearing steel, and the outer ring is bearing steel. When the inner ring is assembled, it is extruded and formed. After the bearing is installed in the bearing seat, the bearing ring has the characteristics of ultra-fine grinding processing. The end groove is pressed out on the outer ring to make the bearing axially fixed. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

(10) GE...DS type outer ring has assembly groove and lubrication groove. Only limited to large size bearings. Can bear radial load and small axial load in either direction (one side of the assembly groove cannot bear axial load).
