Housed bearing is a general term. It’s used varies depending on the usage environment (parts). The main categories are: P block (such as UCP), F, FL, T, FC, PA, PH, PB, FB, FC, FU, CC and other types. Pillow Block Bearings are mainly composed of spherical bearings and different types of seats. After special tooling, the bearing and valve seat are installed together, which is a semi-separated unit. The outer spherical bearing with seat has been added with lubricating oil customized according to customer requirements before leaving the factory, and the grease nipple, grease nipple cover and wrench are attached with the goods, which is convenient for customers to install.
It is mainly used to bear combined radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads. Generally, it is not suitable to bear the axial load alone. This type of bearing can be equipped with inner ring (full set of rollers and cage) and outer ring respectively.
